Site Engagement Coordinator

Role: Support clinical trial participant recruitment and retention as Site Engagement Coordinator, focusing on operational execution and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: develop and implement recruitment/retention strategies, build relationships with sites, CROs, vendors, advocacy groups; conduct market research to improve engagement; create participant-facing materials; monitor recruitment metrics; collaborate with study teams to optimize participant experience. Requirements: Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience including site, CRO, or sponsor roles; deep understanding of clinical trial processes; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; patient-centered approach; ability to manage multiple projects and travel approximately 20%.
