Role: Sickle Cell Community Liaison Leader, a frontline managerial role leading engagement with patients, caregivers, advocacy groups, and healthcare stakeholders within the Rare Disease portfolio. Responsibilities: coach and develop a team of patient-facing liaisons to educate and support the sickle cell community, execute patient engagement strategies, build relationships with community organizations, coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, market access, and government affairs, and ensure compliance with legal and privacy standards. Requirements: Bachelor's or PharmD degree; at least 6 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or community engagement; 2+ years management experience preferred; strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills; experience in Hemophilia or Rare Bleeding Disorders is a plus. High-Value: Rare Disease focus, Hematology (Sickle Cell Disease), community and patient engagement, leadership within a matrix organization, cross-functional collaboration, 50-75% travel required.
