Responsibilities include building relationships with patients, caregivers, advocacy groups, and community organizations; delivering disease and product education; fostering patient-driven demand; understanding healthcare issues impacting the community; and developing strategic territory plans. The role involves coordinating policy initiatives, managing budgets and travel, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelorโs degree (scientific preferred), minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare, advocacy, or pharmaceutical sales, with preferred background in sickle cell disease or specialty pharmacy. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous. The position entails 50-75% overnight travel, working evenings and weekends.
