Role: Community-facing Sickle Cell Liaison supporting Novo Nordisk's Rare Disease portfolio, focusing on patient engagement, education, and advocacy within the sickle cell community. Responsibilities include building relationships with patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and specialty pharmacies; providing disease and treatment education; supporting patient-driven demand for NNI products; and aligning policy initiatives with government affairs. The role also involves developing and executing strategic territory plans, organizing educational programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to inform market strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (scientific preferred), 3+ years relevant experience in healthcare, advocacy, or pharmaceutical sales; experience with sickle cell or specialty pharmacy preferred; fluent or high-level proficiency in Spanish desirable. High-value: Focus on sickle cell disease, community engagement, patient education, advocacy, and territory management; physical requirement includes 50-75% travel, including evenings and weekends. Work setup: field-based in MO, AR, LA, or KS, reporting to the Sickle Cell Community Liaison Leader.
