Shift Controls Engineer (Night Shift)

Role: Controls Shift Engineer within Alcon's Engineering team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining automation and control systems in manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include leading complex projects related to instrumentation, electrical, and automation controls; applying mathematical modeling and control theory to optimize system performance; supporting manufacturing operations through automation troubleshooting and system configuration; and ensuring compliance with GxP and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years), fluent in English, able to work 36-48 hour rotating night shifts onsite, with minimal travel (0-5%).
