SHE Manager - Response & Technology

Role: SHE Response & Technology Manager responsible for onsite management of SHE digital platforms, workflows, and data integrity across AstraZeneca's sites, primarily Gaithersburg, MD. Objectives include optimizing AI-enabled safety systems, enhancing reporting, and supporting safety culture. Responsibilities involve evaluating workflows, executing digital strategies for platforms like SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and AZ SHE System, establishing governance standards, managing platform configurations, and leading cross-site communications and training. The role also includes incident data oversight, help desk management, and leading change management initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field; 3+ years relevant experience with proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft 365, Adobe Express, Acrobat, and enterprise platform administration. Preferred: experience with SharePoint, Veeva Vault, incident management systems, and service-level development. Experience supporting SHE, safety, or compliance systems in a regulated environment is highly valued.
