Senior Women's Health Care Specialist (Boise, ID)

Role: Senior Women's Health Care Specialist managing Bayer’s IUD portfolio and launching a new therapy in retail. Responsibilities: drive clinical demand, provide education, achieve sales targets through strategic planning, collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access), and develop referral networks. Manage account relationships, monitor contract performance, and ensure compliance; document activities in Veeva Irep; oversee territory budget; and operate within corporate compliance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 10+ years relevant sales experience; strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills; valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred: Ob/gyn specialty experience; 5+ years in pharma/medical device sales; in-depth healthcare, payer, and market knowledge; analytical skills for financial modeling.
