Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships across a broad range of health care providers (HCPs) and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced information about products and solutions.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to compel action on behalf of patients and engage entire accounts to identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Build and execute a territory business plan by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand.
- Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand how decisions are made in provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business owner mindset—own outcomes, act with urgency, and remain compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and others) and operate with an enterprise mindset to gather/share customer insights and feedback.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy and use customer/market data to drive total selling engagements.
- Prioritize customers/accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to the strategic plan.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare (or related field).
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Current valid state driver’s license; pass an MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required) and complete related administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

Pay Range:
- $120,000–$160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (equity).
