Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product and solution information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives customer action on behalf of patients and engages the full account to identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Create and execute a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting key partner and patient needs.
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape (provider offices and health systems) to understand decision-making processes.
- Manage the territory with a business-owner mindset: own outcomes, maintain urgency, and stay compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, and others) to support customer needs and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how Invivyd serves providers and patients.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on account and territory strategy.
- Use customer/market data and multi-channel approaches to drive selling engagements; prioritize accounts using a data-driven approach.
Qualifications (Required):
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare; 5+ years in customer-facing biotech/pharma/medical device sales.
- Must live within the stated territory; field-based role includes five days/week plus overnights as required.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
Skills/Experience (Preferred/Additional):
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (degree-less candidates considered with significant relevant experience).
- Strong communication and relationship-building with HCPs; coachable with growth mindset.
- Persistence, resilience, agility; strong time management and organizational skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance; results-oriented; able to convey clinical product information compliantly.

Pay range: $120,000β$160,000 (base). Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
