Responsibilities:
- Co-lead strategy and execution of digital direct access (direct access and direct-to-patient) capabilities aligned to launches and lifecycle objectives; prioritize phased rollouts to improve written-to-filled conversion and time-to-therapy.
- Serve as product/domain lead for end-to-end digital access: diagnostic testing, digital benefits verification, electronic prior authorization, telehealth, digital coverage/price transparency, digital coupons/affordability, digital cash-pay, retail/home fulfillment integrations, and digital refill/adherence support.
- Define requirements and coordinate ecosystem integrations/orchestration across EHRs, prior authorization, hubs/PSPs, patient access, and pharmacy partners.
- Define/review/approve measurement plan and KPIs (e.g., written-to-filled conversion, time-to-therapy, pathway utilization, PA success rate, time-to-approval) and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure PHI/PII privacy and data security; partner with legal/privacy/compliance on controls (e.g., coupon eligibility, cash-pay compliance).
- Manage vendors and orchestrate partner capabilities for an integrated patient experience.
- Capture lessons learned, perform post-implementation analyses, and iterate to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: BS/BA; 5+ years pharma/healthcare experience with digital/health tech; 3+ years working with external partners; lead cross-functional teams across the US; strong leadership/communication; ability to navigate ambiguity without direct authority; project/process management; synthesize complex data into reports; white-space innovation in regulatory environment; 5β10% travel.
- Preferred: DtP/digital direct access experience; Agile/Scrum; managing ecosystem stakeholders; consultative work with internal stakeholders; budget management.
