Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics)
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives patient-focused action and engages the entire account to address barriers
- Create territory business plans by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge to drive product demand
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape (provider offices and health systems) and understand decision-making processes
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own results with urgency while following company and industry regulations
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and other teams to support customer needs
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how providers and patients are served
- Partner on account and territory strategy to maximize internal/external knowledge for access to products/services
- Aggregate customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagements
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts aligned to the strategic plan
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field)
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles
- Must live within the stated territory
- Must be able to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required), conduct visits, and complete administrative tasks
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as required
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with HCPs
- Coachable; open to feedback and willing to adapt

Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary: $120,000 - $160,000
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus/sales incentive) and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity)
