Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with a broad range of HCPs across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by understanding needs and sharing accurate, balanced product information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive patient-focused action and engage the entire account to identify obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Identify shared priorities and create territory business plans that drive product demand by meeting key partners’ needs and ultimately patients’ needs.
- Use knowledge of the healthcare landscape (provider offices and health systems) and how decisions are made within these settings.
- Manage the territory with a business owner mindset, owning results with urgency while following company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to continuously improve provider/patient service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on account and territory strategy to maximize product access knowledge.
- Aggregate customer and market data to apply multiple channels and drive selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts aligned to the strategic plan.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field).
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required), conducting visits and completing administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as required.
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare providers.
- Coachable; open to feedback, willing to adapt, motivated to grow.

Compensation:
- $120,000–$160,000 base salary (full-time). Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
