Location: Remote (Geography based)

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product information
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate patient-focused action and engage the full account
- Build territory business plans by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge to drive product demand
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand how decisions are made across provider offices and health systems
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset, owning outcomes with urgency while staying compliant with policies and industry regulations
- Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how the company serves providers and patients
- Collaborate on account and territory strategy to maximize internal/external access knowledge
- Aggregate customer/market data and insights to drive total selling engagements using multiple channels
- Use data-driven prioritization to maximize impact aligned to strategic plan

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field)
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Must live within the stated territory
- Ability to be in the field five days per week (including overnights as required) and complete all administrative tasks
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare providers
- Coachable; open to feedback and able to adapt
- Persistence, resilience, agility, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize and own territory responsibilities

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 (base salary); eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
