Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics)
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate action for patients and engage the full account
- Identify shared priorities and build territory business plans that drive product demand and superior results
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand account selling and decision-making processes
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset, owning outcomes with urgency while staying compliant with policies and regulations
- Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how providers and patients are served
- Collaborate on account and territory strategy to maximize knowledge and access to products/services
- Aggregate customer and market data, apply multiple channels, and drive total selling engagements
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts aligned to the strategic plan

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field)
- 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles
- Live within the stated territory
- Be in the field five days per week, including overnights as required, and complete required administrative tasks
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus/sales incentive) and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity)
