Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, compliant relationships with a broad range of HCPs across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics)
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives patient-focused action and engages the full account to address obstacles
- Create territory business plans using account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand and superior results
- Apply understanding of the healthcare landscape (provider offices and health systems) and decision-making processes
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while staying compliant
- Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how the company serves providers and patients
- Partner on account and territory strategy to maximize internal/external knowledge for accessing products/services
- Use customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagements
- Prioritize customers/accounts using data to maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field)
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Live within the stated territory
- Be in the field five days/week, including overnights as required, for visits and complete required administrative tasks
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset; coachable and open to feedback
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers
- Persistence, resilience, agility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong time management; ability to prioritize and take ownership of territory responsibilities

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 (base salary)
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
