Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with healthcare providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product/solution information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to encourage appropriate patient-focused action and engage entire accounts to remove obstacles.
- Build territory business plans that drive product demand by identifying shared priorities and meeting partner needs.
- Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand decision-making in provider offices and health systems.
- Manage the territory with an owner’s mindset, owning results with urgency while staying compliant.
- Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved, compliant resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, etc.) to support customer needs.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how providers and patients are served.
- Collaborate on account/territory strategy to maximize knowledge on access to products/services.
- Use customer/market data and insights to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements.
- Prioritize customers/accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to the strategic plan.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (degree-waiver possible with significant relevant experience).
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare (required).
- 5+ years in customer-facing sales (biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device) (required).
- Valid state driver’s license; pass MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Be in the field 5 days/week with overnights as needed; complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven winning attitude with growth mindset; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Coachable; persistent, resilient, agile; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management, prioritization, integrity, professionalism, compliance commitment.
- Passion for improving patients’ lives; compelling and compliant communication of clinical product info.

Pay Range: $120,000–$160,000 base; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (equity).
