Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with health care providers across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive patient-focused action and engage the full account.
- Create and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand by meeting partner and patient needs.
- Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape to understand decision-making across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset, owning outcomes with urgency and compliance with policies/regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback to improve provider and patient service.
- Partner on account/territory strategy; aggregate customer/market data to drive multi-channel selling engagements.
- Use data-driven prioritization aligned to the strategic plan.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (or equivalent with significant relevant industry experience).
- Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare (required).
- 5+ years in biotech/pharma/medical device customer-facing sales (required).
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days/week with overnights as required and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Proven winning attitude, strong communication/interpersonal skills, coachable growth mindset.
- Persistence, resilience, agility, strong work ethic; comfort in fast-paced environments.
- Time management/organization, integrity and compliance commitment.
- Ability to communicate clinical product information compellingly and compliantly.
Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
