Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with a broad range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate patient action and engage entire accounts to remove obstacles.
- Build and execute a territory business plan to drive product demand by meeting key partner needs and ultimately patients.
- Sell using knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape and how decisions are made in provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while complying with policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and education using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Partner on account/territory strategy and aggregate customer/market data to drive selling engagements across multiple channels.
- Use data-driven prioritization aligned to the strategic plan.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree strongly preferred; or candidates without a degree with significant relevant related industry experience will be considered.
- Required: sales experience in life sciences/healthcare (or related).
- Required: 5+ years in sales in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles.
- Current valid state driverโ€™s license; able to pass MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Available to be in the field five days/week (including overnights as required) and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
