Patient Advocacy
The Associate Director, Copay Enablement will lead the strategic integration and standardization of copay data within the Copay COE. Responsible for copay data strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to establish data governance and operations, and translating data strategy into tools and capabilities that enable the copay team and partners.
Primary responsibilities:
- Enable the copay center of excellence to succeed within the AbbVie ecosystem by developing robust COE processes and clear ways of working with stakeholders.
- Own above-brand stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Build internal relationships with stakeholders including Market Access/Trade, Employer Teams, Finance, Patient Services, MABI, etc.
- Drive enhanced operational capabilities and improve oversight of copay program operations at vendors.
- Foster data strategy and governance protocols for consistent data operations, stewardship, and reporting.
- Plan and execute cross-COE initiatives; establish operational processes/templates; develop knowledge management for patient access/affordability solutions.
- Build KPI tracking/measurement to validate copay program success and hold external vendors accountable.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and strategic/tactical planning; contribute to positive team culture.
- Manage vendor relationships to execute copay program operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (Masterβs degree a plus).
- 4β6 years in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in patient support programs, market access, finance, sales, marketing, or related commercial function.
- Working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
