Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Build compliant, strong relationships with a broad range of HCPs across specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics).
- Facilitate clinical discussions that drive patient-focused action and engage entire accounts to overcome barriers.
- Create and execute territory business plans using shared priorities to drive product demand and superior results.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape and decision-making processes across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while following company policies and regulations.
- Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, etc.) and operate with an enterprise mindset to share customer insights.
- Use customer/market data and multi-channel approaches to drive selling engagements; prioritize accounts data-driven.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred (significant relevant experience without degree considered).
- Required: Sales experience in life sciences/healthcare; 5+ years in biotech/pharma/medical device customer-facing sales.
- Valid state driverβs license; pass an MVR background check.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Available in the field 5 days/week with overnight travel as required; ability to drive/fly in territory.

Pay Range:
- $120,000β$160,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
