Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, community clinics) by sharing accurate, balanced product information.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives customer action for their patients; engage the full account to identify obstacles and solutions.
- Build a territory business plan based on shared priorities to drive product demand and superior patient outcomes.
- Apply knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape and decision-making across provider offices and health systems.
- Manage the territory with a business-owner mindset; own results with urgency while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
- Deliver approved product presentations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, market access) to support customer needs and win together.
- Gather and share customer insights/feedback to help improve how the company serves providers and patients.
- Partner on account/territory strategy to maximize internal/external knowledge.
- Use customer/market data to drive total selling engagements through multiple channels.
- Prioritize accounts using a data-driven approach aligned to the strategic plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare (or related field).
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Ability to be in the field five days a week (including overnights as required) and complete administrative tasks.
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with HCPs.
- Coachable; open to feedback and willing to adapt.

Pay Range:
- $120,000 - $160,000 base salary. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
