Senior Vice President, Head of Compliance

Role: Senior Vice President, Head of Compliance, responsible for developing and leading NewAmsterdam Pharma's compliance program to support its upcoming commercial launch of obicetrapib. Core responsibilities include establishing policies, procedures, and training; overseeing monitoring, auditing, and investigations; managing compliance risks; and serving as Privacy Officer. The role involves partnering closely with senior leadership and the Commercial team to embed compliance into strategic planning, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, industry standards, and transparency requirements. Requirements: 10+ years of legal or compliance experience in biopharma, with extensive knowledge of federal/state regulations affecting pharmaceutical and biotech companies; proven ability to develop and oversee compliance programs; strong leadership, communication, and strategic influencing skills; experience within small to mid-sized organizations preferred.
