Senior Vice President, Global Supply
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Define and execute global supply strategy aligned with commercial expansion and pipeline progression
- Build and evolve an integrated Global Supply operating model (global standardization + regional agility)
- Lead transformation to end-to-end supply accountability across clinical and commercial supply
- Shape long-term supply network strategy (make vs. buy, partner models, footprint optimization)
Organizational Leadership
- Lead and develop global supply organization: Global/Corporate Supply Chain (planning, systems, lifecycle management, logistics), Clinical Drug Supply, and regional commercial supply leadership (US, Europe, International)
- Build a high-performing leadership team (including regional supply chain heads)
- Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement
End-to-End Supply Accountability
- Oversee planning, S&OP, demand forecasting, and supply balancing
- Ensure distribution, logistics, warehousing strategies
- Drive product lifecycle management (launch readiness; clinical-to-commercial transitions)
- Strengthen risk management, resilience, business continuity
Requirements / Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 15+ years progressive global supply/technical operations leadership in biotech/pharma
- Track record leading end-to-end supply organizations in global matrix environments
- Experience with commercial-stage products/global launches; clinical-to-commercial transitions
- Expertise in S&OP, global logistics, external manufacturing, and supply chain strategy; experience with CMOs/partners/distribution networks
