Key Responsibilities
- Own site utility, HVAC, electrical, and control systems supporting cGMP manufacturing operations.
- Provide hands-on oversight for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical facility assets.
- Manage equipment changes to maintain validated state across the asset lifecycle.
- Create/review/approve operational procedures, maintenance plans, drawings, and equipment specifications.
- Lead investigations, alarm management, and root cause analysis for equipment/utility nonconformances.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, federal regulations, and quality standards.
- Serve as subject matter expert for audits, inspections, and complex engineering issue resolution.
- Lead projects from concept through commissioning, qualification, and closeout with minimal supervision.
- Drive reliability strategies and continuous improvement for site utility systems.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.

Essential Requirements
- BS in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering (or related) + 8+ years in regulated manufacturing.
- Or associate degree/technical certification + 10+ years (or equivalent 12+ years) in regulated industries.
- Proven experience with utility/facility/manufacturing systems in pharma/biotech (or similar) regulated environments.
- Strong technical writing for regulated documentation approvals.
- Root cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and automated facility management systems.
- Strong project management; excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $108,500โ€“$201,500 annually. Performance cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (role-dependent). Comprehensive benefits (health/life/disability, 401(k) match) and time off.
