Senior Training Manager, Oncology - Multiple Myeloma

Role: Senior Training Manager, Oncology, responsible for developing and delivering training programs for commercial field representatives in oncology, specifically in hematology/oncology markets like Multiple Myeloma. Responsibilities: develop disease, product, market knowledge, and sales effectiveness training; collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance; oversee vendor management and project execution; lead training sessions at sales meetings; and assess organizational training needs for clinical fluency and skills development. Requirements: minimum bachelor's degree, 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with experience in training, marketing, or sales preferred; knowledge of Hematology Oncology, especially Multiple Myeloma, is desirable; strong stakeholder collaboration, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with adult learning principles and digital platforms; experience with AI and innovative tech platforms highly advantageous.
