Role: Trademark Paralegal supporting global trademark activities within 3M, including clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and transactional work related to trademarks and copyrights. Responsibilities: manage worldwide trademark portfolio, handle enforcement and anti-counterfeiting efforts, communicate with clients and outside counsel, and assist with licensing, divestments, and acquisitions. Requirements: Bachelorβs degree, minimum of 3 years of domestic and foreign trademark paralegal experience, certification in an ABA-accredited program, and proficiency with trademark docketing software (ANAQUA preferred). Additional skills include international trademark law (Madrid Protocol, Paris Convention), strong communication, project management, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of experience, in-house or private practice background, and international trademark enforcement expertise. Work setup: on-site in Maplewood, MN, at least four days weekly; no travel required.
