Position Summary:
Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, wellness, leave of absence, and related systems/processes). Partners with People Success, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant, employee-centered programs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute annual compensation planning (system testing, data validation, reporting, communications) with HRIS/People Success.
- Support promotion/job change processes (job leveling review, compensation recommendations).
- Review job descriptions for compliance, consistency, inclusiveness, and alignment with job architecture.
- Maintain total rewards resources (salary/equity guidelines, offer/manager tools, communications).
- Administer compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity, recognition) and ensure compliance (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency).
- Support global job architecture implementation/administration.
- Administer benefits (open enrollment planning/testing/communications, vendor coordination, billing, employee support).
- Support wellness operations (Espresa administration, reporting) and administer leave (vendor/Payroll/manager/employee coordination; tracking and deductions).
- Conduct market analysis/benchmarking (surveys such as Radford/Aon), build dashboards/metrics, and support Board/Comp Committee materials.
- Use Workday and other systems to maintain data and drive process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in Business, HR, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3+ years in total rewards/compensation/benefits/HR operations.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, FLSA, pay transparency, equity programs, DOL compliance, and employment laws.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences experience.
- Experience with compensation planning, market benchmarking, job leveling/architecture, HRIS/reporting.
- CCP/CBP/SHRM or similar; Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
- Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office; AI tool knowledge; strong analytics, project management, communication, discretion, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Target base pay range: $95,000β$124,000.
