Role Summary
Senior Therapeutic Specialist within Gilead's Dallas, TX North territory, focusing on generating and growing sales by achieving or exceeding targets through comprehensive account management and in-person engagement with healthcare practices.
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Strategy: Build relationships with healthcare providers across touchpoints and develop a territory business plan to meet customer needs and sales goals; monitor progress and adjust strategies to exceed targets.
- Product & Disease State Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of Gilead products and disease states; promote appropriate use in compliance with guidelines.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with local cross-functional colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience and collaborate with external organizations for wider reach.
- Leadership & Compliance: Model ethical behavior, ensure adherence to regulations and company policies, and timely reporting of adverse events.
- Customer Engagement & Reporting: Use advanced influencing and relationship skills to drive sales; maintain relationships with providers; complete required administrative tasks and manage territory budget; commit to continuous learning and autonomous performance.

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: High School with 11 years of experience, or Associates with 9 years, or Bachelor's with 7 years, or Master's with 5 years; willingness to travel within assigned area; valid driver's license.
- Preferred Qualifications: BA or BS degree; minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare sales; proven sales success in competitive markets; experience with injectable physician-administered products; familiarity with managed care landscape.
