Position Summary
- Accountable for appropriate adoption of BMS assigned Rheumatology portfolio and generating demand via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deep scientific dialog.

Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Organize promotional programs (e.g., lunch & learn, speaker programs).
- Create demand by communicating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Use AI targeting (CE3) to define call plan; participate in OMNICHANNEL interactions.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory and account plans.
Scientific Dialogue
- Present approved scientific resources/publications accurately; conduct office presentations consistent with label.
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data; provide real-time medical support for unsolicited scientific questions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best Cx; share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data convincingly; strong selling/promotional skills.
- Proven account management and sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated relationship-building with customers and customer-influence network; customer-centric mindset.
- Rheumatology experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
- Must meet โ€œQualified Driverโ€ requirements for operation of a company-provided vehicle (e.g., at least 21 years old, valid driverโ€™s license, acceptable driving risk).

Compensation (range)
- Field (United States): $129,970โ€“$157,487 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
