Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology- WI

Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Oncology) responsible for driving demand and building scientific credibility with healthcare providers in Wisconsin. Responsibilities: promote BMS oncology products, engage HCPs with scientific dialogue, organize educational programs, and gather insights to enhance customer experience. Collaborates cross-functionally to meet business goals while emphasizing patient safety and product proper use. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or medical roles, with oncology experience; strong account management, scientific communication, and data analysis skills; proficiency with digital tools such as CRM, CE^3, and Medical on Call. Preferred: deep knowledge of Hematology/Oncology therapeutic areas and proven track record in customer engagement and sales performance. Work setup: field-based, 100% external customer engagement within Wisconsin territory, with some flexibility on onsite presence depending on role structure.
