Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role (anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers) driving demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) via deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build and maintain scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights, dynamically inform call plans, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct fair & balanced scientific dialogue: use approved resources/publications; ensure medical accuracy; deliver in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for real-time medical support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; gather/share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with key customers/office staff (customer-centric mindset).
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling competencies and sales performance track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional work style; positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (high level)
- $144,500–$175,100 (US, full-time FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
