Position Summary:
- Field-based (100% time in the field). Primary point of contact for HCPs to drive adoption of BMS medicines through deeper scientific, label-consistent dialogue and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and implement territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (if implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Use approved resources/publications accurately and consistently with label.
- Conduct in-office presentations and discuss label-consistent scientific information.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau lists; scheduling/logistics).
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications.
- Provide real-time support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
- Comply with all relevant laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Strong scientific communication; account management and selling skills; proven sales performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible)
- Field (US): $144,500–$175,100.
