Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in assigned territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Serve as primary field contact to regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs across the patient care continuum; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner.
- Field-based; anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; articulate clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (when implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver label-consistent scientific dialogue (presentations, lunch-and-learns); organize speaker programs with approved speakers.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited and technical inquiries.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams; gather/share internal insights; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Credibility with key customers and desire to create differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling competencies; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork; integrity/compliant judgment.

- Field (US): $144,500β$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
