Position Summary
- Field-based TAS (Territory Account Specialist) driving demand for BMS medicines in their portfolio for appropriate patients via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs; liaises cross-functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritizes safe/appropriate product use and business performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE3 (where implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Proactively collaborate with field teams; gather/share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Strong credibility-building, account management, selling/promo skills; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Accurate communication of clinical/scientific data; cross-functional teamwork.
