Position Summary
- Field-based Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving adoption of BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue (in line with label).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory and account plans.
- Use CE^3 (as implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources/publications; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for real-time medical support.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building with HCPs and office staff.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Demonstrated account management and sales performance against goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration with a positive, can-do mindset.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field US: $144,500β$175,100.

- Field/remote-by-design roles require physical travel to visit customers/patients and attend meetings as directed.
