Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS oncology medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, and use of CE^3.
- Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community HCPs; field-based (100% time in the field).

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain high scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 to inform call plans and provide feedback.
- Provide fair/balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct lunch-and-learns.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau list); maintain expertise on emerging data.
- Use Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Accurate communication of scientific/clinical data.
- Credibility-building with HCPs and customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience (required).
- Account management + selling/promotion skills; track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a can-do attitude.
