Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) medicines in the portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs with differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs; serve as primary point of contact.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner; prioritize safe/appropriate use of BMS products while achieving business results.
- Field-based; anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Present approved scientific information; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns) consistent with label.
- Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau approved lists).
- Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited and complex inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with field teams; share insights internally.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Strong account management and selling competencies with proven sales performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.
