Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Oncology) to drive demand and adoption of BMS medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers in Salt Lake City/Boise. Responsibilities: promote approved indications, build credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs, conduct scientific dialogues, in-office presentations, and organize speaker programs; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Customer Experience; utilize tools like CE^3 and Medical on Call for insights and support. Requirements: advanced scientific degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or MSL roles, with oncology experience; strong scientific, account management, and selling skills; ability to communicate complex clinical data convincingly; proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and digital communication channels. Preferred: experience with hematology/oncology, patient-centric approach, and data-driven targeting skills.
