Position Summary:
- Drive demand for BMS oncology medicines within a defined territory by engaging HCPs through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs; liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner.
- Field-based: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand using balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) to inform call plans; provide tool feedback to leadership.
- Deliver accurate scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Maintain working expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with all laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility-building in customer influence network.
- Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling skills; proven performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits (highlights):
- Field (US): $144,500β$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
