Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined territory/portfolio for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging CE^3 and new ways of working.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders, community-based physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other stakeholders as primary point of contact; field-based (anticipated 100% time in the field).
- Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver superior Customer Experience; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business results/performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Scientific Dialogue: Present approved, accurate information using scientific resources/publications; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for real-time responses to unsolicited and complex inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately to physicians.
- Demonstrated credibility with key customers/HCP network and customer-centric mindset.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Account management, selling, and proven sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do attitude.
