Position Summary
- Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS): drive demand for BMS medicines in Hematology/Oncology within a defined territory by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label.
- Field-based; anticipated 100% of time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights for dynamic call planning.
- Scientific Dialogue: present approved resources/publications with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights; comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with HCPs and influence network.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Proven account management/selling and sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (US): $144,500β$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
