Position Summary
- Field-based Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) driving demand for BMS medicines in Hematology/Oncology by engaging HCPs with differentiated, label-consistent scientific dialogue (Customer Experience/Cx), using tools such as CE^3 and Medical on Call.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within assigned territory; meet/exceed compliant sales targets.
- Create demand by explaining balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch & learns); organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain emerging data expertise; answer unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share insights; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with customers and account management/selling with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
- Ability to work cross-functionally; strong selling/promotional skills.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Field (U.S.): US $144,500–$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.

- Paid time off includes flexible/unlimited PTO (with manager approval) for US exempt employees and 160 hours vacation for certain roles.
