Position Summary
- Field-based TAS role driving demand for BMS medicines in an assigned territory by engaging HCPs through deeper scientific dialogue aligned with label.
- Builds credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs; liaises with other BMS functions to deliver higher Customer Experience (Cx).
- Anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present approved scientific information to HCPs; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights internally; comply with laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with customers/office staff.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling skills with proven performance.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with a positive, can-do mindset.
