Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in an assigned territory by engaging HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Serve as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs. Field-based; anticipated 100% time in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 tools to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; provide real-time Medical on Call support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, share insights internally, and comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/ML S/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; strong customer credibility/account management.
- Demonstrated cross-functional effectiveness, selling/promotional skills, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology experience.
