Position Summary
- Drive demand for BMS medicines in a defined territory/region through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Build credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs. Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically, prioritizing safe/appropriate product use. Field-based; spend ~100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (if implemented) for insights, dynamic call planning, and continuous improvement feedback.
- Conduct label-consistent scientific dialogue; deliver in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/complex technical questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately; build credibility; strong account management and selling skills; proven performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork mindset.
- Oncology experience preferred.
