Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS indications in a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
- Use tools (e.g., CE^3) to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Conduct in-office presentations and discuss label-consistent scientific information.
- Organize external speaker programs (approved Speakers Bureau list; schedule/logistics).
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications; use Medical on Call for real-time reactive questions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize HCP Customer Experience (Cx), share insights internally, and comply with laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse roles.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Proven credibility with key customers/HCP network; customer-centric mindset for differentiated Cx.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management, selling/promotional skills, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness and positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation/Benefits (highlights)
- Field (United States): $144,500–$175,100 base (plus potential incentives/stock).
