Position Summary
- Drive demand and adoption of Bristol Myers Squibb medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated customer experience and deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Build credibility with regional thought leaders and HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise cross-functionally to meet HCP needs safely, timely, and scientifically.
- Field-based role; spend 100% of time in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) for insights/dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct label-consistent in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging approved-indication data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate with other field teams; gather/share insights; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with customers/office staff; customer-centric mindset.
- Hematology/Oncology experience required.
- Account management + selling skills with proven performance; cross-functional teamwork.

- Field: US $144,500β$175,100; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
