Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology, focusing on promoting BMS products within Norfolk, VA, Greenville NC, and Wilmington NC, primarily in hematology/oncology. Responsibilities: promote approved indications, create demand through scientific engagement, maintain expertise on emerging data, conduct in-office presentations, organize speaker programs, and engage in scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals (HCPs); collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and share insights; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or medical roles, strong communication skills, credibility with HCPs, account management, and oncology experience. Preferred: experience in hematology/oncology, data analysis, technological proficiency with CRM and digital channels, and team collaboration skills.
