Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) in Psychiatry, focused on promoting BMS medicines and engaging healthcare providers (HCPs) to drive product adoption within their portfolio. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory and account plans, provide balanced scientific dialogue through in-office presentations and external speaker programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience. Engage HCPs with scientific expertise, utilize digital tools (e.g., CE^3, Medical on Call) for insights and engagement, and ensure compliant promotion of indications. Requirements: advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales/MSL experience, strong scientific communication skills, ability to build credibility with HCPs and office staff, with experience in neurology preferred.
