Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience - Cobenfy - Bloomington, IN

Role: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) in Psychiatry, focused on driving demand for BMS medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers. Responsibilities: promote approved indications within assigned territories, build scientific credibility with regional thought leaders and HCPs, conduct in-office presentations, organize external speaker programs, and gather insights to enhance customer experience. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver scientific and product information aligned with patient care. Requirements: advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales, MSL, or related roles; strong scientific communication skills; experience in Neurology preferred; proven account management, sales, and customer engagement expertise. Skills: analytical capability to interpret prescribing trends and data; technological agility with CRM tools (e.g., CE^3) and digital communication channels; customer-centric mindset, with a focus on patient journey and delivering differentiated experiences. Experience working with healthcare professionals in a field-based role, with a strong emphasis on scientific dialogue, compliance, and collaborative teamwork. Location: field-based in Bloomington, IN, Evansville, IN, or Richmond, IN, with travel as required.
